Thanksgiving Week is such a special week and one of my favorite times of the year. It's a time when we are off from work for a day (some of us for two days, hooray!) and we gather with family and friends and enjoy some great times, traditional Thanksgiving Day food, parades and football games and we eat lots and lots of deserts until we throw up.
